Pricing Structure	CC Payment Server, enterprise, is competitively priced at $4,500. This price includes: The first year licensing fee Complete telephone support 6 Hours of Consultation and Integration Assistance The annual license fee for the second and future years is $1,500, which includes: ALL Softare Upgrade and Patches Complete Telephone Support Additional consulting services for installation and application integration are available at market rates. Remember, CC Payment Server does not involve any additional transaction fees or monthly charges. This is very important for organizations that deal in high volume.
OEM Licensing and Other Opportunities	Software Developers and Publishers who are interested in adding credit card processing ability to their application can enter into a Software Licensing Agreement with Information Designs for use of CC Payment Server. Contact us for more information.
Licensing Overview	The CC Payment Server, enterprise, Site License allows connections from unlimited clients and/or websites. The payment processing software itself may be installed on two (2) computers in each site, each with POS-ports attached, allowing for 24x7 operations and fault-tolerance.
